About me
With over 13 years of teaching experience, Amanda has enriched her professional journey in educational settings spanning Canada, the UK, and has spent the last decade in the UAE. She has taught a range of subjects including English, History, Geography, Politics and Philosophy. In her current role, Amanda oversees the Core Curriculum for Years 9-13 at Cranleigh Abu Dhabi and is the Head of the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). Her mission is to facilitate a holistic and enriching educational experience for all students. She has found project-based learning incredibly beneficial for student development and continues expanding the opportunities available at Cranleigh. In addition, she has a passion for wellbeing and is a certified yoga teacher.
