Hello! I'm Whitney Edmondson, an enthusiastic IB educator dedicated to reshaping the educational landscape by fostering authentic connections between students and the world around them. With a passionate belief in the power of authentic learning experiences, I'm committed to changing the perspective where assessments are not perceived as mere end goals but rather as developmental tools essential for sustained success.In my current position as the Teaching and Learning Lead at Raha International School KCC, I've had the privilege of being part of the founding team responsible for shaping the school's culture around authentic assessment and learning. In this role, I've championed the design and implementation of innovative approaches that prioritize student engagement, critical thinking, and real-world application of knowledge.
